Include
- Your name and organization
- The line of work you mean, using one of the six names on the Services page if it fits
- The question in one paragraph
- The date you hope to hear back
- Any file you already have
Do not attach identity documents. Do not ask the company to guarantee a store decision or a traffic volume. Those requests are outside the lines described here.
