How a task is handled

A task is handled in four written steps. The company does not start paid work from a website visit alone.

1. 01

   Write

   The client emails admin@DimQuest.com or calls +852 9417 7166 and names the line of work.

2. 02

   Bound

   The company replies with what it understood, what is missing, and what it will not do.

3. 03

   Record

   If both sides agree, the company writes the inquiry, briefing, coordination note, or support note that was agreed.

4. 04

   Return

   The note is sent back to the same email address unless the client names another recipient in writing.
